Payment is expected at time of service unless otherwise arranged before hand.  Clients are encouraged to keep a credit card on file for easy payment of all service charges.

Zelle, credit, debit, and HSA card payments are accepted for telehealth sessions.  Cash and checks are also accepted for in-person services.

Zelle is a quick and easy way to pay without keeping a card on file.  For more information about this handy, secure payment method, please visit the Zelle website.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please do so with at least 24 hours notice.  Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.  Please note that insurance benefits will not cover cancellation charges.
